Booking cut-off time is 18 hours before the tour starts. In high season we recommend booking a few days ahead as our boats are often full.
If you are running late, please contact us by calling +385 (0)99 2304 064 to cancel your booking.
Our boats are designed to suit the coastline along which we travel and we will certainly make the most of any weather conditions. If you decide not to join the tour for any reason, please let us know on time.
Hence, we will try to change your reservation to a different day, but we cannot guarantee you if and when that new tour will be.
It is important that you are adequately dressed. So bring your bathing suites,towel, sunglasses, sun cream, wind jacket for a boat ride, hat and additional clothes for change.
Children of all ages are welcome aboard our boats. As parents you are probably the best judge as to how your children will cope with being out on the water for half a day or for the whole day.
If the trip is postponed due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or boat malfunction, we will refund you the full amount that you paid.
